Once the order has been proceeded we can not refund the money, but you can change your order for something of equal value.
How do I know my order was accepted?
When placing your order please provide your email address and we will send you a confirmation email. Once your order has been delivered , you also get a confirmation email.
I placed my order and did not receive an email confirmation. What happened?
If you did not receive a confirmation email it is possible that the email address may have been entered incorrectly. It is also possible that the email bounced back because of a full mailbox or it entered a bulk folder or spam guard folder.
Can I send flowers anonymously?
We prefer that all orders have a signature on the personalized message, although it is ultimately your decision. If a recipient contacts our customer service department questioning the sender of the flowers, we are unable to reveal any sender information due to our privacy policy .
What information about recipient do you need?
Recipient's First and Last Name, Full Street Address, Floor Number and Room or Suite Number. When sending to a hospital, please ensure the patient will not be discharged from the hospital prior to or on the day of the flower delivery. When sending to a company please ensure the recipient is working on the day of delivery .
Do you ship Internationally?
We currently do not deliver internationally. If you would like flowers delivered internationally, we suggest contacting a local florist who provides international service.
Can I get same day delivery?
When ordering flowers on our website keep in mind that Hungary uses Central European Time . Only flower orders placed before 1pm Hungarian time can be delivered the same day. Please keep in mind that same day delivery is not available on Valentine's day, Women's Day and Mother's day. Gifts and baskets have to be ordered in advance.
Please not that same day delivery is available for Budapest ONLY . When sending outside of Budapest, allow at least 24 hours for delivery.
Will orders placed by me contain the flowers shown, or will you substitute?
We can't guarantee that all varieties of flowers will be available at all times. If a substitution is necessary due to unavailability of a particular flower, we will notify you, and we will only substitute the flowers with others of equal, or
greater value. Substitution is rarely necessary.
I don't have a credit card, are there any other payment options?
We accept paypal, epassporte .We can accept Western Union, contact us for that option. Within Hungary you can pay at the post office or make a bank transfer.
